Little Birds is a gentle, creativity-centered virtual experience designed for children ages 5–8. This class blends guided art-making with simple, age-appropriate mindfulness, breathing, and grounding exercises to support emotional awareness, focus, and self-expression.

Each session begins with a short, child-friendly breathing or grounding activity to help children settle their bodies, notice their breath, and transition into creative time. From there, children are guided step by step through a painting activity that encourages imagination, confidence, and personal expression.

The mindfulness elements are playful, accessible, and optional, designed to support regulation and presence without pressure. The emphasis throughout the session is on creativity, curiosity, and process rather than perfection.

No prior art experience is required.

  • Gentle breathing or grounding exercises designed for ages 5–8
