Mindful Meditation is a gentle, guided session designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and return to the present moment.

This practice centers on breath awareness, body sensation, and grounding techniques that support emotional regulation and mental clarity. Rather than trying to “clear the mind,” the focus is on noticing what’s here, with curiosity, kindness, and without judgment.

Sessions may include gentle breathing exercises, body awareness, and focused attention practices, guided at a pace that supports your individual needs. You’ll be guided throughout, with space to rest, observe, and reconnect to a sense of inner steadiness and calm.

Sessions are accessible to beginners and experienced meditators alike and can be supportive for stress relief, emotional balance, and improved focus. This offering can stand alone or complement coaching and healing sessions as ongoing nervous system care.

This is a paid Mindful Meditation session, held one-on-one in a calm, supportive, and confidential space. Sessions are guided and require no prior meditation experience.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are non-refundable.

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will continue using the remaining time available. Late arrivals do not extend the session, as additional time may not be available.

Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may be considered a missed session, as adequate time is needed to settle into the practice.

If something unexpected arises, you’re encouraged to reach out as soon as possible — communication is always appreciated.
