This 5-week Meditation & Breathwork series offers a consistent, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate awareness in the present moment.
Each weekly session builds gently on the last, using intentional breathing and mindful awareness to help calm the nervous system and support emotional regulation. Rather than focusing on force or intensity, this series emphasizes steady, accessible practices that allow the body to settle and restore balance over time.
Sessions may include conscious breathing patterns, moments of stillness, and gentle awareness practices, all guided at a pace that supports your individual needs. You’ll be supported throughout, with space to rest, adjust, or pause as needed.
Over the course of five weeks, this practice can support greater self-awareness, clarity, and a more empowered relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and inner experience — rooted in consistent presence and nervous system care.
This series is especially supportive if you’re feeling anxious, overstimulated, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body or breath. It’s ideal if you’re looking for structure, continuity, and a deeper integration of meditation and breathwork into your life.

This offering is designed as a discounted semester-style program, providing consistency and support over time rather than a one-time session.
This is a 5-week paid series (five consecutive weeks). Due to the discounted nature of the program, sessions are non-refundable once the series begins.
If you’re unable to attend a session, you’re encouraged to reach out in advance. While missed sessions cannot be refunded, communication is always appreciated.
