Physical Meeting

Meditation & Breathwork is a supportive, guided session that uses intentional breathing and mindful awareness to help calm the nervous system and reconnect you to your body in the present moment.

This practice focuses on breath as a tool for regulation, helping to release physical tension, soothe emotional overwhelm, and bring the body out of stress response and into a more balanced state. Unlike passive meditation alone, breathwork gently engages the body, supporting clarity, grounding, and emotional release without force or intensity.

Sessions are guided at a steady, accessible pace and may include conscious breathing patterns, moments of stillness, and gentle awareness practices. You’ll be supported throughout, with options to rest, adjust, or pause as needed.

Over time, this practice can support greater self-awareness, clarity, and a more empowered relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and inner experience rooted in awareness of the present moment.

Meditation & Breathwork is especially supportive if you’re feeling anxious, overstimulated, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body or breath. This offering can stand alone or complement coaching, meditation, or healing sessions as part of ongoing nervous system care.

**A separate five-week package also available at a discounted price.

This is a paid Meditation & Breathwork session, held one-on-one in a calm, supportive, and confidential space. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is required.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are non-refundable.

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will continue using the remaining time available. Late arrivals do not extend the session.

Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may be considered a missed session, as adequate time is needed to settle safely into the practice.

If something unexpected arises, you’re encouraged to reach out as soon as possible — communication is always appreciated.

Thank you for honoring the time, breath, and space being held for this work.
