If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are non‑refundable.
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will continue using the remaining time available. Late arrivals do not extend the session.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed session and are non‑refundable, as adequate time is required for safe and complete work.
